Phoenix: 1/26-1/30

I'm scheduled to be in Phoenix January 26-30. Our boss is going to a convention there, so I'm guessing we'll actually be there the whole time (but we never really know). Shall we try to plan something if enough people will be around?

Just found out today we'll be arriving on the 25th and we're going into Scottsdale. It looks like your cat had about as much fun on New Year's as I did.

FYI Barrett Jackson ends the 20th. However the FBR starts on the 28th.

yea... formerly known as "The Phoenix Open"...it's not "FBR Open" but still, a major (!) golf tournament in north scottsdale. If you're into golf, you'll like it.

man.. if it was a weekend later, we could have had a Birds Nest M&G

I say we do Drift in downtown Scottsdale. It's a nice tiki type of joint and walking distance to all the clubs etc... you know that all the pretty people will still be in town since it'll be inbetween Barrett Jackson and FBR Open...by pretty people, i'm talking high class *girls* and "golddiggers"

Sounds like I better get with it on the hotel rooms and FBO reservations! Tiki type joint sounds good to me. So do I need to bring my ostrich cowboy boots for all the golddiggers? lol.

it's a classy little place. if we're going to have a big group though, i need a headcount ASAP so we can reserve either some patio space or tables inside.
