A suggestion was made to me on meeting down at Rula Bula next in downtown Tempe....

the only question is "when"?

There's really no good time for us unless it's somewhere between Aug 20-23....other than that, we'd only be able to join in September... albiet, don't have sept schedule back either which only makes it harder.

but... you all don't "need" us to be there! there's so many of us phx folks by now that you should have no problem meeting us without us if you choose to!

Rula Bula is pretty casual. Four Peaks in Tempe isn't a bad place either and I think you can make an advance reservation for a group.

Just remember that the cheaper the place the more likely that we'll see chciks that actually eat!

the dirty drummer is awesome. I used to frequent the one on 32nd and shea. Only been to the Scottsdale one once though.

4peaks is another good suggestion... they have great beer and food.

i have shotty internet so someone please let me know what the deal is. i am usually free after 630 or so. im coming from williams gateway right by teh 202. so it takes me about 20 min to get to tempe i think. either way i am down just let me know when and where.

I lecture at 18:30 on the 23rd. So, if we do the 22nd I might need to get knocked up at noon to be professional by 18:00 and back in TUS to speak.

well, we are definitely not going to be able to make either of those dates. we just decided that we're gonna take an R&R trip to somewhere unknown to us as of yet

September, we have the weekends of 7th and 14th still open but the calendar is filling quickly unfortunately.
