|  RDU... 3 overnights in a row this week.
Any JC'rs in the area?
I have three RDU overnights in a row starting tomorrow (Tuesday) night.
Here's the breakdown: Tuesday, June 26: Short overnight... in at 8:00pm staying at the airport Laquinta. Wednesday, June 27: Long overnight... in @ 2:00pm staying at the Holiday Inn Crabtree. Crew Member Alky Hall has to leave the M&G by 6:45pm since he needs his full company mandated 12 hours of rest. Thursday, June 28: Same overnight as above only slightly longer... in @ 2:00pm at the Holiday Inn Crabtree. Crew Member Alky Hall has to leave the M&G by 8:15pm due to the same reason stated above.
I'd love to meet any members in the area if anyone is up for it.

Anyways, ouch those sound like painful hotel stays.   Sorry, I'm becoming a hotel snob with this job.

You damn charter guys and your fancy handmikes and hotels...
The Crabtree isn't too bad... I stayed there for the first time last week.
But... it's definately not in my top ten.

Dang. I was just in RDU last week. We stay at the Sleep Inn, though. I wish we had long/short overnight hotels. I've mentioned that for the next contract (or even a hotel clause where we actually get some say so in where we stay instead of the company or a lodging company making the call), but it's kinda fallen on deaf ears so far....
