| When's the next one? (Chicago) I found out about this one too late to attend. When's the next one? Will there BE a next one? I'm getting the impression that this was a once in a blue moon type of event...
Cheers!

| Re: When's the next one? I'm sure the local JC'ers could setup another one. Even if Doug & Kristie can't attend we'd still have a good time. Where do you live in Chicago? |

| Re: When's the next one? I'm not sure we'll be having another one for another few years or so... but you can always set up a meet and greet under the JC M&G forum!! just because it's not an NJC doesn't mean it can't be a successful 20 person turnout!!!

| Re: When's the next one? I'm absolutely positive we'll have another meet and greet in Chicago. Whether or not it is "official" does not matter. We have plenty of Chicago members here, and I know we could get something going. Maybe towards the end of the summer, like August/September?
Of course, if anyone is going to be around and would like to meet up, you can always check with any of us Chicago-types and I'm sure we'd be up for sharing an adult beverage or heading downtown for a day in the city.
WindyCityPilot, this week is kinda crazy, but we'll definitely hang soon. We'll have to call Luka, maybe he can show us the cool spots on the North Side again. |

Its interesting how people tend to talk and act similar to how they post.
The bar I picked, was more of a last-minute thing b/c I figured everyone just wanted to settle in somewhere before it got too late- it was also a little less crowded. It seemed to work especially well for TonyW-from a distance at least.
There are many great bars and restaurants to visit up here (for better and worse Ive been to most of them in Lincoln Park and Lakeview/Wrigleyville) so we should defiately coordinate something.

| Re: When's the next one? (Chicago) Yes, that would be great to do something unofficial.
To answer a couple of questions directed at me:
I'm in Westmont.
Yes, I was putting emphasis on the work 'be'. I know, we're so used to seeing acronyms, it's easy to think anything in capital letters is one. LOL
I'm definitely up for some little meet n greets now that my weekends have just opened up again.
Cheers!
