Methinks with this group, they might not be able to post pics until they're sober!

I made it home fine. (by the skin of my teeth)

I really should have left about 15 minutes earlier. I got to the counter with less than 30 minutes before the 130 flight, so I had to go to the counter get moved to the 320 flight to get checked in. clear security (they need to have a smart person lane) get to the gate for the 130 flight. The gate agent takes my boarding pass for the 320 flight, says there are misconnects and to take seat #50 (it was an ERJ). Made the 250 bus to Portsmouth. And drove from there.

Mark and Matt should have pics.

Ethan, Hope you made out alright on your PC and the turn they called you for. You are a champ man. At least with the turn they positive spaced you out of EWR.

Szluka, Nick and Ethan, great to meet you guys.

I have 2 more things:
1) I had a freaking blast.

2) Swedish chicks are HOT! (the bloody lip was worth it

I made it out to my PC. It turned into a night mare getting there as they added some flying and I ended up getting to the check ride about 30 minutes late. Fortunately the director of training was on the war path for me so I was covered.

I have a few pictures on my camera I will upload when I get home tomorrow night. Matt has probably the funniest pic I took on his camera. Him and Seggy wearing their pilot "attire". Upload that stuff yo!

So, funny moments you missed (in no particular order)...

The aforementioned Swedish Kiss that bloodied Justin's lip. Before I go any farther, Seggy spent most of the weekend saying "see, wasn't I right, Swedish Girls are awesome". He is right... How about this... This two ladies beat Justin and some others in a friendly game of yard soccer and then go around kissing the guys who lost. Heck, I wasn't even playing and got attacked to.

Andrew, Allie (Seggy's better half) and the Swedish Girls mocking "Sven" the Muscle Beach style life guard as he goes Ben Hur on the back of a pickup truck. There MAY be pictures of that, but I think they are international now and may not make it back.

Mark trying to mess up Nick's aim during a beer pong match by mooning him over the cups. Nick sinks the shot. Mark tries it again and Nick sinks the next shot. So... Moral of the story? I dunno.. balls and Mark's backside? We'll leave it at that.

Matt reverting back to FO and wearing the hat again (pictures coming).

There's probably more but I can't think of it. It's been a day from hell for me, but it was well worth it.

It was great to see Mark (Seggy) and Matt (FlyChicaga) again and to meet Andrew(Amorris), Justin (OldTownPilot) and Nick (Nick) and Dave (Airdale).

I think I fell on my ass more than I kicked the ball during the 'game'.

It was more like a Swedish head butt than a kiss

Airdale was there?

I totally missed that. Sometimes it pays to be the sober one Sometimes it sucks having a sober one that leaks stories

Wow. Great party. It never ceases to amaze me how cool everyone is that I meet from JC. Thanks to Seggy for inviting me, because it was a blast. Great seeing Mark and Ethan again, and great meeting Justin, Andrew, and Nick. Nick and Justin, I owe you two big for helping me get to and from the party.

It was especially great that the weather was so perfect for it all. The Jersey Shore is definitely a nice area.

Just too many great stories to sit here and try to post them all... I'll keep them in the storybook to be pulled out at the Bellagio in Vegas. Hey Mark, maybe you should bring your Swedish friends to the city of lights.

Let's see if I can post these pictures...

2 questions/comments?

1 - Is that Beach Bum Beer? My wife brought some home and I was just curious if it was any good.

It was Beach Bum Beer. I didn't drink any, but it went pretty fast. People were grabbing that over the cans of Natie Lite anyways!

Ok, so my pictures... I have discovered I only have 5 and my camera sucks, but here we go...

Justin and Matt really could be brothers.

Seggy's Apron.

Two Captains (Seggy and Matt) discuss the finer points of grilling.

Justin enjoying the day.

Andrew listening to somebody tell a story. That's Seggy's better half in the background.

Is that where you went? I was mostly asleep when you and I think it was Seggy's roommate came back. I saw you grab your bag and walk out the door. I guess I just wasn't awake enough to put 2 and 2 together. Matt had some prime floor space I'm sure he wouldn't have minded sharing.

I felt great for having slept in the back of my car. I kind of wanted to eventually sleep in the backseat anyway just to try it because on two transcon road trips I never had the space to do so but wondered if it was suitable.

There was nothing in that room but bare floor to sleep on by the time I got back!

That may be the first time I have ever heard a guy complain about TWO ladies in a bed. Actually, I think at one point you had three. Seggy's old room mate's girlfriend got confused at one point and ended up there I think. I just remember Andrew saying "no.... your bed is over there... go over there." It was pretty funny, but you probably had to be there.

Ah Ethan the prarie dog. Saw everything.

I could have taken one of the Swedish ladies and brought her to my sleeping bag. But I'm afraid that I stepped over the line and entered "The Friends Zone." DOH!
