Wanted to let you know ASAP.

I have still not received any detailed information on the tours

I am expecting information from Alaska Air, hopefully the first week of June, next, I will have to bug the people from Alteon to get information as well.

The tour date is still on 09-July (Monday)

Mike,

I'm going to try and bid off for those days, so put me down as a "maybe." I won't know my final schedule until the first week of June, right around the time of the Chicago M&G. Is there still room for one more? I think this would be a great event to partake in!

Who are you working with from Alaska? I'm in a summer program over at Alaska so I could try to help out on that front, let me know if I can help in any way.

I'm working on my bid for July now . . . I'm wondering about the dates to be there. Would it be July 8th-10th or 7th -9th?

Just saw this thread for the first time!

Let me know if you have anymore room in the group as I have most of July off for vacation and live in the SEA area. Sounds like it would be fun to meet some people and take a tour!

Thanks!

Are we working on a hotel thing or are we on our own? Any one offering a small spot on their floor?
Just looking at all the options.

As for hotels, everybody is on their own, post if you want to share a hotel room with somebody, or see if the local people will let you sleep on their couch.....

Hey Gents!

I have times for one part of the tour

Date = Monday, 09-July
787 & 747-8 mockup tour
1300-1430
(mock up will show different seating layout & options, for both the 787 & the 747-8)

Can you please email the first & last name of everybody attending the tour, company you work for or fly for, & title.

mike.comuniello@alteontraining.com

Will need this information, whether or not you sent this information to me already...

Sidenote:

I am shooting for the Alaska Ramp/Operations tour to start at 0800

I don't think I will be able to make it either. A student CFI spot opened up so that takes precedence to the M&G

I'd love to go. I'm already making 2 flights up to WA early July, why not make it 3?

Are there any spots left?
