Well, I am 19, so it would have to be some place not 21 and up. Damn youngins'.....

The weekend of either the 12th or 19th sounds good. Oh BTW, Lloyd, I might be hitting you up sometime this week to go up. (Tim is going to go to the Bahamas with the Tampico.) I am getting rusty. I have been doing ground school for four weeks, and no flying!

ummm.. I hate to ask this, but can we keep the censored words kinda like censored? otherwise I'll probably have to put the word a$$ in the censored list.. it's not supposed to be one of those words you use *all* the time KWIM...

besides, some people just don't get it and won't take it nicely, so it's just better to not use it in everday slang.

keep in mind that your making impressions on ppl here, esp youngin's

I have wanted to ask about this: Why is it ok to write "a$$" but not "ass" or any other %$&/#! combination when everyone knows exactly what is meant and is reading the word aloud in his/her head? Wouldn't it be more honest just to write the word rather than camouflage in such an uncamouflaged way?

This is ignoring the fact that there are usually much better ways to express yourself. I've always though this way of cursing in writing was very curious.

To take your point a step further...why is cursing "offensive", but we can replace the F-Bomb with "friggin" and replace that stinky stuff with crap? It means the same thing, we think the same thing....yet, we cover it up.

This has gotten sooo off-track!!!

So, we have at least one youngin' that wants to come along, so I propose a two-stop gathering! Something a little early in the evening so that Joel doesn't miss out, and then we can head out to a late-night joint for us over-21 folks.

So, it's coming down to the crunch. Everybody gets to sugest a night, and suggest one night that's a definate no-go. Then, we'll choose one!!!

I'd suggest this Saturday evening....I'll check in the morning, as I have a trip to PDK sometime, but not sure if it's going to be AM or PM....

Um, I think I'm out now. Due to unforseen circumstances (i.e. a 100 mph dash down the highway to the hospital and the following three day stay and bringing home a whole extra person). Plus, there's a chance I might actually be starting a new job on Mon, but I'll know more about that tomorrow.
