So montanapilot and I have exchanged a couple pms and thinking about meeting up for a beer or flight. Any others out there feel like meeting up? There's gotta be some lurkers out there...

well Kelly.. you KNOW what to do! tell people bout JC, bring people on board...get them on, more active and you too can have a NorthWest NJC! [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

I ve been handing out those sticky notes to everyone in my ground school class.

you would not believe the amount of lurkers there are on here.

Even the instructor of my ground school. I asked him if he has heard of JC and he said, "Yeah I go there all the time". "Well did you register?" "No"

I swear people think its like a huge step or major life decison to register. Geez people, its easier to register here than it is to sign up for an email account. Now you have to have a valid credit card to even register for a yahoo or hotmail address.

Remember, there pilots, they probably think they have to pay to register at J/C, just remind them that it is free, they'll come around.

Oregon has to be the best place to fly. I'm sure other members will beg to differ [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] It is sooooo beautiful on the ground... the beach, desert, volcanoes including active. And from the air it's 10X better! No sales tax, plenty of actual IFR, and it's cheap to fly. Get out of the closet OR lurkers and say hello!

no credit card needed here! all we ask for is a valid ISP. nothing to it..

come on in, introduce yourself.. ask questions and/or help us with the answers!! we're also more than willing to take more stories and/or perspectives!
