Default CFI job with heavy student load?

Anyone know of a CFI job available at a school with more than enough students that has health insurance available for the instructors?

Yeah good luck with that. Maybe 3 years ago.

Try Trans Pac Academy, I hear it has salary with benefits. I'm in the interview process right now, I'll let you know how it goes.

Also IFTA/Bakerfield CA, and IASCO/Napa CA both might have heath benefits, but i don't think they are hiring

Good luck...

Benefits anywhere are hard to come by it seems.
You may want to look into some of the LSA schools. I know of a LSA school that is flying like crazy compared to some of the other FBO's.

This is all true. TransPac has benefits after 90 days. They are currently hiring, and it cetainly isn't the worst CFI job. They have 400 students and have signed contracts for the next five years. IFTA is not hiring, and IASCO Napa is not hiring. However, IASCO RDD is, or will be hiring soon. I wouldn't suggest there personally. I feel it is a far cry from there parent school and lacks in many ways. Try TransPac.
