Looks like Jet Tech (via the e-mail address) is registered out of Marysville.

Just what Arlington or PAE needs....more traffic.

Yay.

Can't find Jet tech in Washington Business listings, did find a "under construction" website at http://www.jettechaviation.com/and a cell phone number listed in Mukilteo 425-299-5191

Found this as well:

Jet Tech Aviation is a private company categorized under Airports, Flying Fields, and Services and located in Marysville, WA. Current estimates show this company has an annual revenue of $87,000 and employs a staff of approximately 2.

March of last year the OP was looking for a flight school to go to. Now he's looking for a chief flight instructor and listing jobs for KA pilots in India

All of the Seattle area flight schools are experiencing decreased business due to the economy (a student who flys out of PAE told me it's the same there).
It has just started to pick back up from the dismal state it was in months ago, but all around it's not good.
A month or two back, and previous to that time, there were many sunny summer Saturdays at BFI with not one GA airplane flying. Sunny weekdays with no GA aircraft flying were the norm about a month ago.

I'm not just talking about my observations at the flight school where I've been instructing for 3 years- I'm talking about all of BFI and what a student has told me about PAE and his extreme ease of scheduling any aircraft he wants at short notice now.
And BFI is the nation's 26th busiest airport.

As I said, it has picked up from almost zero activity in the last 4 or 5 weeks- at least where I work.

This is just a friendly post to encourage you not to go bankrupt.

Are you going to operate out of AWO where you can have a lower overhead?

What type of fleet?
