Default Entry Level 135 Jobs

Anyone good sources / websites on listings of 135 entry positions? How about a website that lists charter/135 gigs in a particular area/state/airport?

The job for Ram Air Flight requires 50 hours in actual! How is anybody supposed to get that in AZ? I average five hours of actually every two years.

It actually says 75 Instrument, 50 in flight (so only 25 in simulators). It doesn't say it has to be IMC. Get under the hood with a safety pilot and go to town.
