Looking for a licensed, experienced pilot to make occasional trips in our plane. Must be tail dragger certified.

If interested, call Dave at 545-0910 to get details.

I don't really care how desperate you are, if you're going to be in Bethel (PABE) you're going to need at least a "month on month off" or "Two on two off" status, if you had to live there you'd go insane.

There is something fundamentally wrong about a place with above-ground sewers.

If you want to try the Bethel thing, check this out:

207s and a 172. Last I talked to anyone over there starting pay is $45, 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, expect 100 hrs.a month, housing provided, jumpseats on Alaska.

Not to sound like a total jerk, but read my last post a little more carefully.

Exclamation Re: Bethel Pilot (Bethel Alaska)

It seems like Yute Air Alaska doesn't exist any more? And "FAX resume"? Not e-mail? Post from the 90's?

I talked with them yesterday, they are already set for pilots and not looking at this time.

I asked about e mailing rather than faxing...fax is truly what they desire. AK is pretty much a decade or so behind the Outside when it comes to many things.

You right about that. I trained with a guy that lived there and ...yep, he sure was an insane creature of fury in the cockpit.
