$36k/yr sounds a little bit low seeing as they want the plane managed as well.

just my $0.0000002

The problem is in todays market, companies can afford to pay very little and still get hundreds of applications an hour. I applied for a job a while back. The pay was listed as 31k per year, then I was talking with a buddy who said he had worked there years ago. Back then, the pay was 45k per year. According to him, they had to pay that much just to keep people around. I guess they no longer have that problem. But at this point a jobs a job and 31k and flight time is better than couch surfing. I guess I'd feel "blessed" to be able to make 31k per year, even though my last job before furlough was close to 50k.
