It doesn't cost you anything to send in a resume. I'd apply if I were you, and I wanted the job.

Same company, same pilots, same seniority list. I've done my fair share of ACK Air flying as a Cape pilot. It's not even treated as a separate company; you can do ACK Air flying one day, and regular Cape flying the next.

yea I talked with their recruiter - they are putting your name in a pilot pool for future considerations/replacements but are not looking for positions on the line right now.

Are they expecting large growth or large attrition? I ask because it seems like they are (and have been) putting people into a pool for "future considerations" for a while now.

...not that I've been able to hear from them.

Dude, she's fallen apart in the past few years. If I could have me some mid-90's Crystal Bernard that would be fine ... but she got old.

Cape looks like a great company to work for. I would love to live in the Caribbean in the winter and in New England in the Summer? What are their junior bases, not that I have the hours or eve the ratings to apply just yet?

She sure isn't in her 30s anymore, but doesn't look bad for pushing 50. Then again, she's only 6 years older than me, so it's all relative.
