This hit my inbox yesterday and I thought I'd share. I don't know anything more about this except what's listed below.

My name is Flip Brandli, a recruiter with MPRI. We have reviewed IIFs in our database to identify candidates for a potential opportunity with MPRI. MPRI is bidding on a contract to provide support to the Kazakhstan Air Force (KZAF) in its efforts to establish a Huey II Aviation Helicopter Unit to augment their Mi-8/17 helicopter force.

Contract Background:
This contract supports the establishment of the KZAF HUEY II helicopter unit for use in maritime and coastal security and defense operations, capable of supporting multiple combat tasks in the Caspian Region. The unit’s primary tasks are to provide transport capability for rapid reaction/counter-terrorist force and fire support of its operations, conduct aerial reconnaissance/observation, airmobile (troop transport) operations, search & rescue, re-supply of ground forces, and direct action.
Requirements:

We are seeking:
1. UH-1 (Huey II) Standardization Instructor Pilot Trainers – Candidates should meet the following requirements: Graduate of a US Military Instructor Pilot Course;
Current FAA approved "Certified Flight Instructor" rating; Retired or former commissioned / warrant officer with Aeronautical designation as military aviator and instructor pilot qualified from recognized military school and must hold current FAA instructor certification; Extensive instructor pilot experience and service as a battalion SIP; Current and qualified in the Huey II within 60 days of deployment; Minimum total rotary wing flight time of 1000 hours; Minimum of 150 flight hours as pilot of UH-1H or “Huey II”; Prior experience as a manager/supervisor of flight training for an organization operating rotary wing aircraft; Excellent health with no conditions requiring frequent/regular follow-up; Possess verbal, written, management, and leadership skills to effectively accomplish the duties and missions;
Must possess current Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) medical qualification and certification; Experience in contingency force operations and combat operations is desired; Experience in positions of senior leadership is highly desired; Secret Clearance is desired; Individual must be free of medical conditions requiring close medical supervision that can be aggravated by poor living conditions and will be required to have a “negative” test result for HIV within the past six months.

2. UH-1 (Huey II) Maintenance Test Pilot Instructor/Trainer - Candidates should meet the following requirements: Graduate of both phase 1 & phase 2 of a US Military Maintenance Test Pilot Course; Current FAA approved "Commercial Rotorcraft" rating; Former military commissioned officer or warrant officer with Aeronautical designation as military aviator; At least 10 years experience as a Maintenance Test Pilot (MTP) with battalion production control experience and previous designation and have performed duties as a Maintenance Examiner in a US Military unit or be a graduate of a Maintenance Examiner Course; FAA certification of Airframe and Power Plant Repairer; Rated in the UH-1 (Huey II) (currency within 60 days highly desired); Excellent health with no conditions requiring frequent/regular follow-up; Creditable specialized experience may include previous experience gained in the private sector or in another government agency as long as it is deemed relevant to this task; Experience in contingency force operations and combat operations is desired; Instructor Pilot qualification is highly desired; Secret Clearance is desired.

3. UH-1 (Huey II) Maintenance Trainer (2 positions) - Candidates should meet the following requirements: Minimum of ten years experience maintaining military rotary wing aircraft; Prior experience as platoon sergeant in a US Army aviation unit (or sister service equivalent); Prior experience as an instructor of aircraft maintenance in a military training facility or aircraft manufacturing facility highly desired; Experience as NCOIC of quality control or production control section/shop; FAA certification as an Airframe and Power Plant Repairer; Current and prior experience conducting maintenance on the UH-1 series or Huey II aircraft highly desired; Excellent health with no conditions requiring frequent/regular follow-up; Creditable specialized experience may include previous experience gained in the private sector or another government agency as long as it is deemed relevant to this task; Secret Clearance is desired.

I don't qualify for this, but I do know MPRI is the real deal when it comes to government contracts. I know many of their contracts pay almost $250,000 a year, and those arent pilot jobs. But I bet if you dont know who MPRI is, you wouldnt qualify for the job anyways...lol.
