Based on my own experiences when I've seen people make uncalled for comments especially when you are offering a service the negative comments have little to no effect the offer, but largely on the person making the comments.

I am glad that you are making the post for job offers and I am sure that others appreciate it as well. With out the job offers the job offer section would't be here at all.
I'm going to agree with this. It is very much appreciated. And had it not been LA (though I am in love with the city, just not the cost of living) My application would have been in right away. Please don't shy away from making such nice offers in the future because of a few comments.

I'm not sure about Vista but the airport and the area is perfect for flight instructing as well as some of the most beautiful sceneries you'll get to fly over and explore. Be aware however that the neighborhood where the airport is located at is the poorest neighborhood in all of LA, with the highest unemployed percentage in LA, it is literally like the slums of Mexico along with the gunshots at night. Still nice airport.

LMAO! Pacoima isn't the best neighborhood in the world, but it's not as bad as you make it out to be. It's not the poorest place in LA either. It's a little piece of TJ in a decent city. Check out the area in and around Echo Park, then come back in here and see if you still think the same way. Pacoima used to be a stomping ground of mine. I live preaty close. It's not the place you'd send your daughter out alone at night, but then again, neither are some places in my home town, and it's one of the safest in the US, ranked #4 in 100k to 499k people.
