IASCO, in partnership with Japan Airlines (JAL), began flight training at the Napa Flight Crew
Training Center in 1971. Today, IASCO employees manage and staff the facility under contract
with JAL. IASCO currently has 100 employees on staff at our Napa location. CFI Positions -
IASCO is seeking knowledgeable, energetic individuals who strive to succeed, and who are at the
same time interested in learning new ideas and teaching methods to become even greater aviators.

branch of our well established training center in Napa, CA. offers great year round flying and

and meet the minimum requirements listed below, please contact us. Position Overview: Minimum
requirements: FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate – Single Engine, Multi-Engine and Instrument,
FAA Certified Flight Instructor Certificate – Single Engine, Multi-Engine, and Instrument;
must have logged a minimum of 500 hours of total flight time. Must possess a current FAA 2nd
Class Medical Certificate. Pay scale currently starts at $19.00 per hour Vacation, sick leave,
medical benefits, EAP and participation in IASCO’s 401(k) retirement savings plan. Must be
available for Full-time flight instruction from Monday – Sunday (as needed) Must have
expectations to build flight hours rapidly. IASCO anticipates operations to reach full capacity
as more students begin this new program. FAA Part 141 experience preferred. IASCO Flight
