I contacted these guys about the position as I'm in the region. It looks like they need a person who is interested in doing the handy man thing at the airport in addition to diver-driver. They fly a C-182 from Wed-Sun, pay 6$ per load (half hour each), and guess on the pilot getting about 225 hours between May and November. They have an on airstrip cabin for the pilot. The "handy man thing" pays hourly (dont know how much) and includes painting, hanger maintainance, washing planes, mowing, and other outdoor physical work.

$15/load is getting common across the industry, at least with the tighter availability of pilots lately.
