| We are looking for CFIs for the busy summer season and beyond. CFII is preferred but we can get that to you with discounted employee rates. We currently have fleet of Piper singles , Piper Seneca II and 4 Cirrus aircraft (collection of non glass SR20, two 2007 SR20s and a non-glass SR22). Our insurance policy allows you to be able to rent the multi engine airplane with just a check out (most flight schools will limit this in order to save on insurance) . | I am interested myself, but having lived on Whidbey Island, WA, a few years ago, I need a lot more information on pay, benefits, total number average hours to work in a week, and how much the weather in the fall and winter is going to kill flight training and how I would survive financially during that time. Temp housing assistance would be great to. Basically, what it comes down to is, what incentive do I have to move cross-country back to WA from Ohio. These are serious questions from an unemployed CFI. Thanks, David

| I haven't seen any one apply yet.. If you are interested you can apply and get the phone interview and then see if you like the conditions. We currently have a full time salaried CFI. My intentions is to keep at least one instructor with salary so that we can have the availability. When we become Part 141 then the intention is to add more benefits. Matador, it's $50/hr If you are serious enough, then you would apply. You cannot find out until you email/call/stop by. There are many things more than straight pay that you should consider.. I 'd be worried about the time it takes to rent the twin to build multi time, insurance requirements, work environment, etc. Flhrci, send your resume.. We flew a lot more in Jan/Feb than March. One or two extra instrument students will add quite hours to your logbook. Flying doesn't die down untill mid/late Oct. |

| You either do 10 hr check out or get a rating in the aircraft through us. Most of the time CFIs graduate without their MEIs and they get them through us. This entitles them to employee discount and no charge for flight instruction as well. |

| Umh, when was the last time when you didn't receive an employee discount? Good riddance and good luck to you in your future aviation career. Yes, i am passionate about this business. I put it together with 5 years of hard work despite the fact that Renton Airport told me to 'go and find a grass field for your flight school'. This is despite City of Renton 'promising' a position on the field for last 3 years. This is despite the fact that one of the City Council members said 'It's our duty to protect the interest of people who are on the field' 6 years ago.. You also had no respect for someone who was working his butt off to keep this place alive. As you can see, things have changed a lot since then and will keep changing more and more for better. At the same time, one thing will stay the same, we know all of our customers by name.. It is also really nice of you try to get back to me by bad mouthing my operation through PMs. If you are planning to do so, i'd say because you are a disgruntled former employee. There is not another way of putting it. At least i had the dignity of not bad mouthing you to the Fed that interviewed me about you. So, when i go through these things, when my employees cross me, when they don't return calls from their students, i am not pleased. As you can see from other examples like Doug, Charlie, Ben, Jenny and other instructors, you work hard you get the benefits of it both money wise and fringe benefits wise.
