I live in Victoria, BC a major base of ops for Harbour, and I have a few friends that work for them, they are without a doubt the best float plane operator in Western Canada, they were named one of the top 100 employers in British Columbia, a huge accomplishment considering some of the employers in the province, and it was the only Airline to be named in the top 100. If you have the time, its a great gig.

Harbour Air is def a career company, their is alot of guys that work there that have been their for 20 years and still going strong, it's a great job since it' Day vfr, turbine, sked service with some tours and charters, the company itself is great, same with m/x, must guys start out in Canada who want to fly as float pilots will start on the dock for a summer then progress to the cessna 172 or 180, 185, then the beaver, otter, etc so it takes a few years to get that 1000 float hours that HA wants.
