This visionary concept has already taken off along with our expansion plans for adding more bases in other cities. If you're interested in joining an elite airline team, we're interested in meeting you.

-"Can do" attitude
Compensation: $31,000.00 - $47,000.00 Annually

Benefits: One of the most advantageous benefits of a career at Linear Air is the opportunity to return to your home base most nights. Also, for early to mid-career pilots, it will help take their career to the next level by allowing them to fly a jet before they might be able to elsewhere. Linear Air is also employing part-time pilots and providing opportunities to fly that they might not be able to obtain elsewhere.

When it comes to what’s most important to our staff, we’re once again a leader in our field. Here’s the short list!

Training
• 3 weeks of paid training for the Caravan • 4 weeks of paid training for the Eclipse Jet • Type rating in the Eclipse Jet

I checked their website, but I couldn't find much concrete information on them.

Be nice to know where those bases you have to be within an hour of are and whether we're talking salaried or hourly...

One thing that caught my eye is their seat/promotion path:

Caravan FO->Caravan PIC->Eclipse FO->Eclipse PIC

Last I checked, both the 'Van and Eclipse are single-pilot certified, so there might be a lot of minimally/non-loggable seat-warming time. Whether that's an issue or not depends on your goals and time-line, I suppose.

The bases are Bedford, MA - White Plains, NY - Manassas, VA. From what I gathered you start as Eclipse and Caravan SIC, then PIC Caravan, then PIC Eclipse.

From what I heard in the recruiting world:

Great time builder

Fun flying

Heard no major complaints from people that would raise red flags on how they treat people.

Risky company from a business perspective

Bases in high cost of living areas, making it tough to survive on their pay
