PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide pilot services to Charter customers and
aircraft owners. This position performs their duties ensuring that the aircraft and its staff meet
and maintain the requirements of DB Aviation’s Part 135 certificate, DB Aviation’s Operations
Manual, DB Aviation’s Maintenance standards and that all Charter activities are performed in
concurrence with FAA and DOT regulations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

3,500 total hours

1000 hours Multi-Engine

500 hours Jet

��

250 hours in Type, preferred
Typed and current, strongly preferred
ATP
First Class Medical
Preference given to 135 current and qualified candidates
Must possess teamwork qualities (such as a sense of fairness, desire and ability to
promote teamwork, ability to accept constructive criticism and assist co-workers, sense of
humor, and the desire and ability to create and maintain positive working relationships).
Good problem-solving and judgment capabilities.
Must have a high energy level, a sense of urgency and the ability to deliver superior
customer service.
Must have proper command of the English language, possessing excellent written and
verbal communication.
Mentors and develops SICs.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities.
