Wanted: 2 CFIs, Philly Area

I'm looking at hiring 2 CFIs for a busy part 61 flight school at KLOM (Wings Field) in Blue Bell, PA, north of Philadelphia.

Pay would be based on experience and/or ratings.

Our fleet currently includes:

5 Cessna 172s - analogue gauge, 2002 and newer. Dual G430/530, dual VOR, dual radio, autopilot etc., IFR equipped and current.

1 Cessna 172 G1000. all the bells and whistles, 2005.

2 Diamond Eclipse - G430, analogue gauges.

2 Piper Archer 181s - same equpiment as the analogue gauge 172s.

1 Kappa LSA

1 Piper Seminole - 2005, sweet avionics package.

1 Cirrus 22 - dude, its a Cirrus.

We just bought and should receive by the end of month:

2 Cirrus SR20s

1 Precision Flight Controls simulator - 60" screen, G430 option (about $60k), can log all allowable time by FARs and do IPCs except for the circle to land portion.


Most instructors schedules are as full as they want it to be - we have no shortage of students and are (unfortunately for them) picking up a lot of other local schools students because of our operation. Maintinence is second to none.
