Default CFI Needed

Well guess what, like everywhere else it seems we need a CFI or two as well. Here is what we need from you:Full or Part Time

CFI and MEI minimum, prefer a CFII as well.

Like to see about 50 Hours ME or 25 if in a Twin Comanche.

We prefer not to have time builders, we are serious about our students success and don't want turnover affecting our students. We will want to see a commitment of 6 months at least.

Here is what you get:

Old airplanes

Beautiful Southeast Kansas Location.

$20.00 per hour flight and $15.00 per hour for ground.

Multi-engine time.
You get to work with me.

if you are interested, send me a PM and we can discuss it.

Before you ask, no benefits aside from pay, working with me, and living in Kansas. Its very cheap to live here and our pay and prices reflect that. You can do very well on the above pay here, and get some good experience along the way.

Not much incentive.
More than likely won't get anybody to move, for that. More than likely going have to hire somebody who already lives there and has gotten their ratings there.

Agreed, I live in Wichita and its not that great of a place to live... but to move to Independence nowhere Kansas for $20 an hour and require 50 hrs multi (many regionals hiring mins) you might be stretching your luck... Thought the same for the Tulsa CFI gig posted here for 15-30/hr (most likely you start at 15, laugh)

Hey guys, how about just respond to Van's post if you're interested. It's great if you don't think it's worth it to go there, but do you really need to post your thoughts to everyone? If it's not for you, move on.

Correcto.

"Delta's hiring!"

"Ehhh, I don't want to live in GA..."

If you knew me, you would have your answer.

Like I said, its Kansas and its cheap living. If you wanna go to a regional skip this place and have fun. 50 hours of Multi is resonable since we are hiring you to train people in our aircraft. If other places want to let you train people in their aircraft with less experience that is fine. This is a Twin Comanche and its not real forgiving to those with limited skill and experience. We have our requirements and those will be met, regardless of peoples comments to the contrary.

Now if anybody is interested they can PM me, and we can talk about it. If you're not interested in the position as it is listed move on down the road and I wish you the best.

You guys are right, anyone who posts a job on this website should be commended for their help of the aviation community and this forum.

I was just stating his competition for current CFI/II/MEI certificate holders, I apologize if this came across as offensive.

Good luck with your CFI search.
