Yeah and it is quite a bit lower than what the Captain said for Mins. He told my group 5000 Turbine and 1000 in Gulfstream equipment.

QOL apparently sucks bad; Last second flights always. Whales are out of Asia anymore so lots of big pond hopping. I think salary was in the high 100's. Can't remember exactly.

I cannot begin to tell you how snazzy a BRAND spanking new Gulfstream is though. Got all the stuff you see on TV luxury airplane shows. FLIR!

You couldn't pay me enough for this job. "Yea, hi, I know it's 3 in the morning, but we need you to go get Mr. Okinawa in Hong-Kong ASAP. Can you be at the airport in 30 minutes? Oh yea, when you get home, we're sending you to TEB to pick up early tomorrow morning."

I could be wrong actually....I thought they said they did the long haul flights as well as the SFO stuff, but now you have me thinking.

Still, yeah, seems to me a good corporate gig is the one where you have the most control of your schedule. This one does not seem like it would EVER be that way.

Their airplanes can be tracked on flightaware (not blocked)

there is some of them

http://flightaware.com/live/flight/N725MM
http://flightaware.com/live/flight/N723MM

Looks like a lot of LAX, SFO an VNY. A couple of trips to asia, but thats all part of the corporate world. He said most of the asia fling was to bring MGM execs to the properties they are building over there. They go to LAX and SFO to pick up the whales after they get off commercial flights from asia.

Its probably a good corprate gig for someone that wants to be home most nights. It goes against the adage "the bigger the airplane the bigger the suitcase"

Just a word from the peanut gallery folks, but MGM corporate went above and beyond in showing us hospitality during the tour of their facilities during NetworkJC.

Man, there are a helluva lot of less than one hour flights in the last few day as listed on FlightAware...seems like that could get old after a while.

Sounds like many of the deployments out of Fort Bragg "back in the day."

They didn't pay a 1/3 of the money though. I could jump on that for awhile if I met the quals.
