With all the turnover at Duluth, how willing or open are "you" to having someone not live in Duluth and work on a "as needed' basis?

Don't knock it till you've tried it. I work for UND Aerospace and fly for a client in Pheonix area. I have a ton of time off of work, the pay it good and great benefits. Only downside is it is just a one year contract! The company has been very good to me and I hope to continue a good working relationship with them. Ask anyone who has worked for UND.

I can vouch for UND and Cirrus. I meet a Cirrus factory guy at RDU. He did the one year contract and was hired full time by the guy he was training. Last time I ran into him, his company was looking at a PC-12 and a C-90 for trips outside the Cirrus envelope.

Last time I check UND the pay was less than 2k a month. I consider that peanuts. May be that has something to do with the high turn rate
