Ok fellas, enlighten me here. Haven't heard much IRT Horizon. Is Horizon considered one of the top tiered/desired regionals to work for?

| Senior Member | Yes. They are the highest paid regional pilots in the industry. The only problem is that the people that work for Horizon like it so much they stay instead of move on, hence the long upgrade time. |

One reason why I enrolled in the CWU program was to get those reduced hiring mins they gave students that graduated from the program and met the reqs. for the direct hire program. Haha kinda makes me feel better about my decision to leave the program and move back home to go to school and fly on the side.

The day they lowered the minimums, my coworker (who has 850/85) sent a resume in, and the very next day got a call and got offered the interview.
