| "Yearly bonus and relocation assistance offered" Wanted to elaborate on this: Bonus is $185 a day for each client contact day you work over a 180 days in a one year period. For example if you worked the minimum of 15 days a month (180 in one year) there would be no bonus. But if you worked 20 days a month (240 in one year) you'd recieve a end of year bonus equal to: 60 (# days worked over 180) x $185 = $11,100 before taxes. Relocation assistance is $500 for new employees, redeemable after 6 months of work. Benefits: Medical Insrnc is Blue Cross/Blue Shield of ND all premiums (single and family) are paid by the employer Dental Insrnc (single only) all premiums are paid by the employer Retirement is a 403(b) plan with TIAA Cref

I know you've posted before, so maybe this question has already been asked, but... Since you mention 15-20 days a month, would relocation be required? I live in the Des Moines area and would be interested if it didn't require me to uproot the family. |

"Since you mention 15-20 days a month, would relocation be required?" Yes! Relocation is required due to the variability of our schedule. We do our best to schedule training events at least 2 weeks out but things often change and we need our flight instructors to be able to change with them. PS: as far as areas go, Duluth is a great place, but you have to like the outdoors and winter!
