CFI job in DC area

Hi!
We're always looking for hard-working CFIs here in Gaithersburg, MD. Right now, three of our CFIs are interviewing and one is training with Wisconsin and Republic. This is a great place to come and fly-- challenging airspace and a high student load here keep us all very busy and as I have witnessed, our instructors come and build experience here and move on to 121 or coporate. We have so many former instructors that fly for the airlines and fractionals so there are great networking opportunities here as well. We start our pay at $23/hr with progression as experience builds. We have medium-sized Cessna fleet, including a Piper Seminole and a G1000 172S model. CFI/CFII preferred. MEI w/ Seminole experience helpful as well.

What I should also mention is that we are friendly and relaxed here. I really believe in maintaining a comfortable and constructive working environment. I'm here to help you as much as I can in learning this airspace and teaching students.
