I'll take the job if you'll spring for my PPL, IR, Multi, CSEL/CMEL and CFI/CFII ratings.

But then you would have to be an indentured servant for a VERY long time!

I'll throw in auto maintenance, general home repair/handyman work, and occasional entertainment on a guitar/piano that you provide.

Sad. LM, we oughta quit begging in his thread.

On a serious note though, I've spoken with Michael at length about CPS and about his philosophies on instructing and instructors. If I were a CFI, I would very, very strongly consider working with Michael and with CPS. It's the kind of organization that I would put together myself if I was doing it. He's got the right attitude and believes in good instructors, and I'm pretty sure he pays competitively. Naturally, that particular discussion is not appropriate for open forum, but I encourage you guys to talk to him and send him a resume' if you're qualified. I believe he's a guy I could work with - bet you can too.
