I don't know why the company sucks at advertising, but apparently they do. The rumor mill is that there's a 30 person class they want to fill pretty quick for the Pt 121 side of the house, that would be SF340s and Metros. 4 on, 3 off schedule and home every night isn't bad. I've spent the past two months working the ramp, listening to all the talk in the crew van, and talking to all the higher ups and trust me, it feels like a pretty good place to leave. Sure, I've heard both Captains and FOs bith and complain, but for every one of those there are quite a few more that are happy with where they're at. It's a family owned and run company, and thus far they're pretty cool. I've only been on the ramp for two months, but I'm already on a first name basis with the CEO.
