These people are absolute idiots. $30,000 per year, you pay for your own Flight Safety course and you're on-call 7-days/week.

I'm all over that!!

You guys could be right, I wouldn't be surprised but I think the company is saying that they will pay for initial at FSI. Crumby wording. Either way, $30K is a little on the low side. Don't pay for TRAINING!!
