| Not sure if this has been posted before, found it on the craigslist website, im sure everyone knows about it already but thought i might aswell post it here. **********************FIRST OFFICERS WANTED************************** Any pilot who is hired that is current and qualified on the EMB 145 or CRJ200 will be awarded $2500.00 upon successful completion of OE. The First Officer is directly responsible first to the Captain of the flight to which they are assigned and second, to the Chief Pilot for the proper discharge of the following duties and responsibilities. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for having a thorough working knowledge of the equipment operated, Federal Aviation Regulations governing the operation of this equipment as well as the specific Airlines’ manuals, policies and other instructions. Responsible to the Captain for the proper planning of the flight in accordance with all applicable weather information and reports, applicable Company policies and Federal Aviation Regulations. Perform all duties the Captain may assign in flight. Assist in passenger and/or freight handling. Continue the professional training towards upgrading their performance and abilities. Observe the Rules of Conduct for all employees as outlined in the Associate Handbook. Perform such other flight officer duties as assigned by the Company. Requirements QUALIFYING TIME: 1000 hours Total Time (Fixed Wing) 100 hours MEL 100 hours Instrument Time TRAINING AGREEMENT The Company will provide hotel accommodations during training and $400 per week stipend for four (4) weeks. After thirty (30) days you will be placed on payroll at the 75 hour per month guarantee. $15,000 Training Cost will be paid by Chautauqua. All new hire pilots will be required to sign a two-year commitment/agreement CURRENT CREW BASES Indianapolis, IN St. Louis, MO Columbus, OH Richmond, VA New York’s Laguardia Buffalo, NY Greensboro, NC Cincinnati, OH Louisville, KY Chicago's O'Hare Washington's Reagan National Denver, CO Houston, TX Corpus Christi, TX Pittsburgh, PA All new hire pilots must have a valid passport BEFORE attending a training class. | Ehh...not really. Criagslist is the 'new' thing. Take a look around it and you'll see quite a few quality companies with help wanted ads on there. There have been 2 or 3 corporate pilot jobs advertised on Craigslist here in Ohio recently.
