  |  Aerial Mapping Pilot - Krawietz Aerial Photography LLC Job Description: Krawietz Aerial Photography LLC is seeking a full time pilot to operate a Piper Aztec twin-engine aircraft in the acquisition of aerial photography and collection of airborne GPS data for use in aerial mapping. The position requires good communication skills to coordinate with ATC, Military, and other agencies insuring safe execution of flight missions within congested and/or military use airspace. Duties also include assisting in-house FAA licensed IA (Inspection Authorization) mechanic with general fleet maintenance and inspections. Company owned aircraft include two Piper Aztecs, Cessna TU206, and Cessna 185 Skywagon. Experience and Skills Required: Minimum of 1500 hours total time PIC (pilot in command) with a minimum of 500 hours PIC multi-engine time. Must hold an FAA Commercial license with multi-engine and instrument ratings, no violations, and hold a current 2nd class medical certificate. Moderate travel within the USA required along with flight missions on some weekends and holidays. Requires familiarity with the operation of Leica RC30 or equivalent aerial camera systems, use of GPS navigation, and good computer skills. FAA A & P (Airframe & Powerplant) mechanic�s license a plus.
