So lets see if a Caravan trues at around 135 (just guessing) then this job only requires about 6 hours in a caravan. Some folks are geniuses! I wonder if they also pay by the "Flight Mile"

I'm thinking one of two things...1) he meant flight hours, not miles, or 2) he knows nothing of aviation. It sounded like that was a prereq. for the job, not the normal thing to fly every night.

And, by the way, I have one leg every Sunday from Columbus, OH to Minneapolis, MN...about 544 NM one way...it takes about 3.5-4 hours to do (stupid winds). So, a Van would need to fuel stop to make 1000NM.

if this is for that resort down in the bahamas they have a king air 90 as well.

you ferry stuff from florida to the resort in the 'van and the king air.

When I flew the -3, I got paid for the flight mile, a big .20 per statute!!!!!! (As big and powerful as it is, it cruises about 150kts.)
