BFLYINGHIGH Junior Member Join Date: Jan 2004 Posts: 58	CFI positions in Phoenix I currently work for a part 141 flight school in Phoenix(Goodyear) AZ. They are looking for instructors. I can speak for the company to say the pay is good and they treat you well. Salary of $30,000 or more to start. Plus full benefits after 90 days. 5 days a week with plenty of hours. P.M. me for more details. They do require 200 dual given and 200 instrument, but the instrument includes all sim, hood, actual, and any dual instrument given. The name of the company is Oxford Airline Training Center.
