| Now how many people do you think will show up there that has a Multi ATP and a Dash8 type? Wouldn't you apply at Horizon, or probably anywhere else? I guess it could be nice if you reallly wanted to be in a particular base that they have but as far as I know they have a million and there is no telling where you will end up. |

........And Mesa.....It's just strange seeing any other airline besides Mesaba/Pinnacle doing any job fairs here in MSP.

| Does Mesa's contract prohibit hiring direct entry Capts these days? |

| Those street hires will go into the 12 Dash's that mesa has under the freedom certificate. I think they are supposed to start up ops sometime in June. I'm pretty sure they're looking for some Ex-Mesaba TP guys with that job fair - it would make sense at least. When I was at MAPD they hired CFI's into the Dash 8 (CA's) with nothing but Piston 135 time. |

What about the training contract? Just pay it off knowing you are off to greener pastures? | |

| Old Skool | Is this for the new Delta stuff they are starting up out of JFK with the Dashes? I guess they might be hoping to pick up some of the XJ guys with SAAB experience. |

| Yeah, we're getting desperate for Dash pilots. And CRJ pilots. I love the misspelling of knowledge. As if anyone needed more proof that MAG is a screwed up company. We held a job fair in Hawaii. Those who stopped to ask about pilot slots were told that they could plan on being based in Hawaii, because not enough of our current pilots want to go. Yeeeaaaaah. That speaks volumes in so many ways. If you have the time, you can get a street slot for Dash 8 Captain. You still won't be happy. Not at this company. I can't let you guys and gals do it!

| Wow -- not only is knowledge spelled wrong as Bog said, but Connections has an "s" on the end which seems kinda weird.
