My current employer is adding more pilots, specifically First Officers for our fleet of Citations (mostly Bravo's). If you have the mins, contact me about forwarding your resume.

Excellent. In-house training is comprehensive, and all pilots are typed in the Citation, including F.O.'s. The type is done at either Flight Safety or Simuflite, so it's a real type, not pencil whipped. 6 month checks and yearly recurrent are done at Simuflite as well.

Basically 6 on, 3 off (there are a few caveats to that, but that's the general plan). You will know your schedule for the full year, so it's easy to plan things in advance. They are trying to bring staffing levels up to where you typically won't fly all 6 days that you are "on" schedule, but you won't know which of the six days you might have off. The amount of flying varies depending upon the time of year. Really busy Jan, Feb, Mar, and into April, then slows down nicely for the summer months.

Bottom line: it's a good organization overall. Pay level is low in my opinion, but there are a lot of good things about the company to help offset that. It's run as a real class act, with customer relations very high on the priority list. One of the best things about the company, though, is that they are located about 7 miles from my house.

Northern Jet? Or something like this.

I met a guy at STP who flew a Bravo for a company out of Michigan. I can't remember his name though, but was a nice guy. He said the pay sucked as well.

I just flew ATP's Citation 525 today. WOW! My first jet experience, part of ATP's airline career program. Its the coolest thing I've done in my life so far, and very nice reward for what I've accomplished in my training with ATP. Certainly helps you stay focused on the end goal - flyin jets!! Off topic I know, but man I'd love a Citation FO job. Too bad I'm not even close to those mins!
