At our beginning in 1993, we hired two Certified Flight Instructors, purchased two Cessna 152s and leased back a third plane, a Cessna 172. We also offered only Private Pilot training. Our office space was on the southeast section of the airport, in the Main Terminal and at the time we were the third, and smallest, flight school on the airport. We used the plane maintenance shops on the field and ordered supplies as we needed them. By the end of 1993, we increased our book supplies and added other supplies such as headsets, flight bags, tapes (both video and audio), among other supplies. This expanded into a small pilot shop to better assist our clients' needs. We hired a part-time mechanic and rented enough space to maintain one plane at a time. This helped to keep better control over the quality and cost of maintenance.
All FAA and FCC computerized testing was added in 1995. This testing provides immediate test results. This became another enhancement to services we could provide on premises. We are the largest flight school and own: 2 Cessna 152s, 2 Piper Warriors II and 1 Seneca I, We also lease and operate, 2 Cessna 172s 1 Arrow II 1 Arrow III. We provide Recreational, Private, Commercial, Certified Flight Instruction (CFI), Certified Flight Instrument Instruction (CFII), and Multi-Engine MEI certification. If you have any questions regarding your aviation needs, please contact or visit us at Eagles View Aviation. We are here seven days a week, so come in and see us.

I'm not quite sure about the times, but I think you have to meet the 135mins to fly cargo period for AMF. However, I do know a while ago they were hiring instructors with low hours (~600) to train their captains with instruments etc. Kinda screwy logic, but that's what they were hiring and doing 'bout a year ago.

BTW, as far as Rolling Hills goes, it is a nice airport to train out of. but I don't know much about that flight school (I use South Bay Aviation). But there are 3 fixed-wing flight schools competing for your business: South Bay Aviation, Benbow, Rolling Hills Aviation and a controller or two leaves some things to be desired.

All I can do is quote what was on the job board - but this one was from my college. I would think they wouldn't actively go out and put stuff out that wasn't true - the jobs that are posted generally employer requested. If you meet the mins listed applying wouldn't hurt. However keep in mind this was put out for ERAU students (and whatever agreement the company has made with the school). I don't think AMF has any FO's, but I could be wrong. Strange...

I believe they run FOs on the EMB-120 and Learjet. Maybe that's what this posting is for?
