Default Chief Flight Instructor Needed

JobTitle: Chief Flight Instructor/Charter Pilot
Job Location: Peachtree City, Ga and Athens, Ga

Summary: Falcon Air Services is accepting applications for a Chief Flight Instructor at and established FAA approved flight school in Peachtree City that is opening a satellite base in Athens, Ga. Prefer local applicant but those that are willing to relocate will also be accepted. Some charter flights will also be available on an "on-call" basis.

Qualifications: Current CFI & Flight time minimums as per the FAR's for both Part 141 Chief Flight Instructor and Part 135 (preferred) for growing charter division. Management experience & GA experience is a must! Willing to work long hours to support the growth of the company.

In order to qualify for Part 141 Commercial level Chief Flight Instructor you must have 1000 PIC or 1 1/2 years as a CFI and 750 hours dual given

I think that they mean "Assistant Chief". Chief CFI has to have 2000 PIC.

In addition, read the job listing on their website:

That sounds like quite a handful . . .

Sorry about that...mtsu_av8er was correct. I was intending to put Asst. Chief Flight Instructor and made an error. Here is the revised requirements

1000 PIC and
1 1/2 years and 500 flight hours as instructor or
750 flight hours as instructor

As listed on our website, there will be some office type duties required until the satellite campus grows enough to warrant the need for two positions. Further clarification is available by e-mail or private message.
