Job DescriptionTo test fly all newly manufactured Cessna production aircraft and assures compliance with all Cessna functional test specifications, aircraft flight manuals, Quality and Reliability manual requirements, and FAA regulations covering Flight and Certification, which includes all new company aircraft modifications and return to factory aircraft. RequirementsMinimum of 1200 hours and 100 hours as flight instructor. Commercial and instrument rating. Multi-engine and previous experience as commercial pilot preferred. Must be able to work in team environment, coordinate with flight mechanics, Engineering, other test pilots, and FAA personnel. Excellent understanding of aircraft mechanics necessary. Pilot license, CFII, prefer 4-year degree or flight school training. Looking for college hours in aeronautical sciences, use of computer and math skills. This position will be located in Independence, Kansas.
