Just get out there and start meeting people. If you are looking for a specific area, go to those schools in that area; if you just want a CFI job in general, go to a smaller airport (try to avoid the academies and big 141's if you want a job, since they tend to hire their own trainees).

If you are really just looking for websites, here are a few...sorry to advertise sites, Doug, feel free to delete them if you need to :

Climb to 350
Aviation Career

And there are others, just Google!

Good luck...there are jobs out there, you just have to find them!

Try airnav.com to see the flight schools in the areas you want to work. Then go there with some resumes.

I had good luck with the AOPA's job listings. It's primarily flight instruction postings, but a few others sneak in there from time to time as well. A lot of the advertisements even specify that "low time" CFI's are ok, as long as you have a good work ethic!

Good Luck
