I just got the e-mail for an interview – it’s my first response from my application blitz last week. Most gouges out there seem to be a bit dated, but overall, they were helpful. Anyone had a recent interview? I live in Las Vegas, so I’m looking forward to the chance to work for a local operation.

Thanks in advance.

What kind of times you have? What will they hire with?

Hey. You'll go over some paperwork, and most likely hop into the sim after that. If you look in some of the older threads I'm pretty sure there is some gouge about the sim ride. There is a guy that does sim prep that will help you get used to the sim. It's an old ATC820, and if you aren't really comfortable with Sims/FTDs it might be a good idea to do it. His sim prep is harder than the evaluation.

Then you'll have a HR/Tech where they will go over the typical HR questions, What makes you hard to manage? etc. Jepps, finger fly an approach, three ways to identify this fix, read a TAF and METAR. That is pretty much all I can remember, but I interviewed back in August so I'm not sure if they changed things up at all. If you have any more questions just shoot me a PM and I'd be happy to answer them.
