Default Upcoming COMMUTAIR Interview

Hey all

I have an interview scheduled on 4-10 with Commutair Continental Connection...I have hit aviation interviews but there are only about 3 or 4 interviews on there since last year, and willflyforfood has 1...was wondering if anyone on here has interview experience with them, or are there any recent new hires that could give me an idea of what the Cleveland interview is like. Any help is greatly appreciated...

Thanks,

Ty

I heard today that they are looking to get Q400 as well as the present -200 they are flying. I thought we had a Commutair pilot or 2 hear, as well as a FA.

GOOD LUCK!

Another local pilot that is talking to them again on Friday. I havent heard it anywhere else, I heard one about Q400 based at CLE, but its not with them. Don't believe anything until you can bid it.

There is always the possibility. One of the reasons Commutair chose the Q200...It is the same type rating as the 300/400...Room for growth.

Here is an article:

There is a vote for ALPA membership at Commutair, for those that are there make sure you vote YES!

Colgan is/was flying BWI-CLE-MDW on the Q400. I wouldnt put any money on Commutair getting -400's. A friend of mine was at commutair when it was just 1900s and there were rumors for years about bigger airplanes. 5 years later they finally got the -200s. I think Colgan will be getting the CAL Q400's in other bases as well.

Hey guys just to update you, I was successful at the interview and was offered the June 2nd class date...I was very excited and cannot wait to start training! Thanks to all who helped me prep! If there are any other CommutAir pilots on here send me a pm, it would be nice to get to know others at the airline.

How is pay done now? At one time it was block, no matter what and if I remember no pay for a canceled flight. Load up, taxi out, sit out on the ramp for an hour, return and cancel. $0.00. I was wondering what the pay stream is now.
