Default PSA Interview

Hey guys...I interviewed with PSA almost 2 weeks ago on the 19th...everything was smooth sailing...passed the written...had great conversation with the HR people...was told I passed that phase...got sent up to the sim...had no problems there...sim instructor finished with a "Good Job"...its been two weeks and I havent heard a yes or a no...no email no calls..NOTHING....guys i interviewed with heard two days later....im extremely confused...does anyone know what the deal is? Does PSA just not tell you anything if they decide to not hire you or did I possibly just slip through the cracks here....at any rate im confused and im starting to panic at this point...cant get ahold of anyone in HR..(god forbid) that would help me out...any insight would be appreciated....just seemed a little wierd to me...if I was not selected...fine...I can live with it...be a man and move on...but I would at least like to know either way...

colt, they are really busy right now at headquarters. I wouldn't worry to much about not hearing anything just yet. No news does not mean bad news. As long as you have not received a letter yet you should be okay. There are a lot of captain upgrades going on so they are probably trying to figure out when they will have classes for the new hires.

SIM and IOE are backlogged now. They just cant push through anymore pilots now, but they still need pilots badly. if the sim went well, and you should know then you will probably get a call.

thanks guy...i appreciate the insight...makes me feel a little better...I just cant for the life of me understand why they would call some two days after the interview and wait weeks to call others...no matter how backed up they are...the only thing i can think of is I have prior 121 and they may be waiting on paperwork from my old company...either way im confused and stressin it bigtime....thanks again blue streakers
