I'm flying to Chicago on Monday for my interview with United Airlines and was hoping to hear from others who've been through the same process what to look forward to.. Thanks!

Is the interview still being done by Spherion? I interviewed there in July, but did not get the job. It only took them almost 2 months to get back to me. Not the most organized or impressive interview process.
Hope your interview went better than mine and you got the job!
