I've noticed HR staff involved with pilot interview/hiring. I was wondering if this has always been the case and is it common in other professions? I know in my present job, nothing medically was discussed with the MD's (we argued about football) when I was hired. The only involvement with HR was me telling them where to send my pay.
And what is up with guys that are interviewing at frontier. They have to stand up at the end of a long day and answer a question in front of a group

.
All this is new to me. I've never had to jump through so many hoops to get a job that only pays $20/hr.
Well, let me go stretch my legs
