Default Cape Air Interview

I've got an interview with Cape Air for July 17!!!

Are there any Cape Air pilots former or current on the board who could help me prep for this?

My cousin-in-law is a current pilot with them and he'll be helping me bone up for the interview, but I'd like another perspective.

I just got an email from the Chief pilot detailing the interview process. If I'm to believe the email, it's just a sim ride and HR questions.

Now, I just have to brush up on my instrument skills and I think I'll have the job in the bag!

interview is fairly straightforward. They took away the tech portion which was pretty much just faa written questions. Theres an HR portion either with the Chief or Assistant Chief, there both great guys, just give them honest answers, no BS. Sim is touchy, just prepare for whats covered on the gouges and you'll be all set. Good luck
