Default Interview question

If the captain did something offensive, would you tell anyone about it?

Who would you tell first, company or Union?

The first thing I would do would be to grow some thicker skin.

Class,

I would first approarch the Captain or crewmember that offended you. Address the topic in a mature manner, if it cannot be resolved then contact the Profesional standards committee, All ALPA airlines have this. If that cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction then they will help you come to an acceptable resolution. If you feel its a safty issue then speak up but always give your fellow crew members the opportunity to adjust thier issue first. Its part of good CRM.

Good Luck

You should also be asking yourself, maybe it was your fault. The guy is only human.

If you were sitting in my right seat looking like that, I don't know what I do.
