Default During Interview?

Are you allowed to use books during an interview? Also someone told me that there are actual hard copies of the profile books used for the interview and or training, is this true? Im guessing it outlines the training in terms of the sim ride, etc....

I have never used any books during an interview. They don't want to know that you know where to look things up. They want to know what you know, and that you will be honest and say you don't know when you don't.

Many companies have hard copies of their training programs, including any company profiles they have developed. The only way to get one of those is from someone that has been through training. I would say you wouldn't really need something like that until you have been hired.
